Your support agreement must be current to receive phone or remote support. For non-critical support inquires, general questions or billing inquiries please send an email to our help desk. Standard Support USPOS agents are available between the hours of 8am and 9pm PST Monday thru Friday. USPOS support personnel will respond to critical support requests immediately or no later than 15 minutes. Support personal will resolve critical issues through remote troubleshooting so an internet connection is required. Software updates, enhancements or bug fixes are published at least once per year and sometimes several times throughout the year. Many enhancements include extra features and functions that may be useful to your company. Some enhancements may be so significant as to require an additional charge. Still other updates may be required to fix a critical bug. Does my support agreement include hardware? If you purchased the hardware from USPOS then we will troubleshoot and repair or replace the part, if required during the warranty period. If your support agreement has expired you will have to work directly with the manufacturer even if the part fails during the warranty period. |
